We are seeking an organized and proactive Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury team. This role focuses on managing cases from intake through settlement and requires strong communication and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Request and organize medical records and billing
Track treatment and case progress
Draft and submit demand packages
Assist with settlement negotiations and case resolution
Qualifications:
2+ years of personal injury or pre-litigation experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Bilingual Spanish/English
