The work you’ll enjoy doing

You’ll be deeply involved in guiding clients through the pre-litigation phase of their case with care and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining prompt, monthly client communication so clients feel informed and supported
• Discussing treatment progress and accurately logging all client interactions
• Coordinating diagnostic procedures such as MRIs to keep cases moving forward
• Preparing and submitting updated medical bills and records on a bi-monthly basis
• Organizing and updating case files monthly with medical records, bills, and provider information
• Tracking outstanding requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Drafting and sending Notices of Claim on monthly to bi-monthly timelines
• Performing accurate monthly data entry related to case phases, injuries, treatment, and property damage
• Participating in monthly file reviews with attorneys and contributing thoughtful strategy notes
• Handling post-settlement tasks including closings and lien reduction requests within one to two months
• Showing up daily as a reliable, adaptable team player who others can count on

• You have 2+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
• You’re comfortable using case management software like Filevine and Microsoft Office
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
