The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent negotiation skills. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload from intake to settlement, including client communication, evaluating liability and damages, and negotiating settlements.Duties Manage all aspects of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation phase.Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.Review police reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate case value.Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation.Coordinate with medical providers regarding client treatment and billing.Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the case management system.Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently.Prepare cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved.Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards.Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Alabama and in good standing with the Alabama Bar.1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a pre-litigation focus preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills.Compassionate and client-focused attitude.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications Licensed to practice law in Alabama.Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent organization and time management abilities.Proficiency with case management software is a plus.Benefits Performance-based discretionary bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
