Pre-Owned Sales Consultant Causeway Auto Outlet – Metairie, LA 70002 Causeway Auto Outlet is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Metairie, LA. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for automobiles, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through the completion of the sale. What You’ll Do - Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a welcoming, no-pressure sales experience
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, financing, and available protection products
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers to develop repeat and referral business
- Maintain an organized customer follow-up process and accurate records
- Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and showroom environment
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
What We’re Looking For - Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply
