What You’ll Do
- Perform multi-point inspections on incoming used vehicles
- Complete light to mid-level mechanical repairs
- Brakes, suspension, batteries, belts, hoses
- Diagnose basic issues and identify needed repairs
- Perform oil changes, fluid services, filters, and tune-ups
- Ensure vehicles meet McGraw Ford frontline standards
- Work closely with recon and sales teams to turn inventory quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automotive repair or reconditioning (dealership preferred)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain speed and quality
- Ability to flag consistent hours in a production environment
- Basic diagnostic skills
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
