Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Assess and document children’s progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
• Support children’s individual needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a community of learning.

Requirements:

• Experience in Early Childhood Education or K-5th grade or related field preferred.
• Valid teaching certification or license in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with children aged 2-5 year  s in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.  Willing to receive First Aid and CPR certification
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
