$22.00/hr ($19.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential)

Hours:
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM
(Training for up to 4 weeks on 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM)

Position Overview

RIE Coatings is growing and looking to add an additional 3rd shift Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster to keep production rolling! If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that shows up and gets the job done, you'll fit in here.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment including media blast machines and chemical wash systems
• Prepare parts for coating through pre-treatment and blasting processes
• Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures
• Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Complete safety checks, quality checks, and chemical titration testing
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Cross-train and assist in multiple areas as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
