Precast Concrete Production Associate

About the role

Join our precast team where you’ll support daily concrete production from start to finish. As a Precast Concrete Production Associate, you’ll handle materials, keep equipment and forms clean, assist skilled crew members, and learn proven techniques while following strict safety protocols.

A day in the plant

• Assist with concrete pouring, stripping, finishing, and other production activities
• Clean and prepare forms, tools, equipment, and work areas
• Load and unload materials and supplies to keep production moving
• Support skilled laborers and supervisors with daily tasks
• Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and correctly
• Consistently follow safety rules and wear required PPE
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and hazard-free
• Work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules based on production needs
• Follow directions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned
