Precast Sales Estimator

Jefferson Concrete Corp. is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time, year-round sales estimator position.  This position will involve all phases of sales with specific emphasis on storm and sanitary drainage products as well as exposure to all other product lines, requiring daily contact with both customers and the specifying community.  Responsibilities will require quotations and take-offs coupled with total project/account management through to completion as it interfaces with production and shipment.  This individual will communicate regularly with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project success.  This is an extremely fast-paced office, and candidates will be expected to share telephone responsibilities as well as walk-in customers.  Applicants should be able to work in a close, professional group atmosphere, be detail oriented, have good time management practices and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  Minimum of 2-3 years experience related to sales/customer service, construction, or manufacturing is required.  This position is Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some Saturday mornings required.  The company offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan and vacation/sick time.  All applicants will be subject to pre-employment drug test and physical.
