SUMMARY
Responsible for a full range of program support for both the CDL Training Programs, and the State CDL Testing Center. Provides hands on CDL Training as a State Licensed CDL Instructor and supports the State CDL Testing Center as a State Certified CDL Examiner. Provides a full range of support for the Transportation Innovation Center.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for supporting the CDL Training Specialist in the training of CDL students, in any area of instruction, daily.
Supports the State CDL Testing Center as a State Certified CDL Examiner when required.
Provides advice, guidance, and feedback to CDL students in the CDL Training program and CDL Test candidates.
Reinforces instruction to both CDL students and CDL Testing candidates by utilizing a variety of learning modalities to help improve the student, and testing candidate's outcomes.
Assists with the maintenance records of the CDL Testing Center outcomes.
Provides a full range of program support for all programs within the Transportation and Logistics Training Center.
Provides formal daily CDL training instruction supporting the CDL Training Specialists, or the State CDL Examiners when required.
Participates in program and division committees, as needed.
Responsible for the maintenance of accurate student records, and CDL Test candidate test scores, when acting as a CDL Examiner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
