Position Overview
ATP East Houston is seeking skilled Metal Panel Installers and Assembly Workers to join our team. Candidates must be precise, detail-oriented, and committed to safety standards.
Schedule
Days: Monday- Friday weekends as needed basis
Start Time: 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM (depending on assignment)
End Time: Until project completion each day
Requirements: Must have proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Job Duties
Install and assemble metal panels with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to guide installation.
Measure, cut, and fit panels according to project specifications.
Assist with material handling, staging, and site preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency and safety.
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
Report equipment or material issues promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications
Experience in metal panel installation or general construction preferred.
Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
