Job Summary
The main function of a Precision Assembler is to perform assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment.
Job Description
Learn and carry out detailed work instructions
Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses
Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
Promote and support a safe working environment
Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes
Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates
Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated with same

Skills Required
Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Additional Requirements
Schedule notes: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM)/ Monday - Thursday (3:30 PM to 1:30 AM)

$16- $18.25 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
