    Job Description

    Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

    Step into a day-in-the-life

You start your shift in the HDL department, review the production order, and prepare your assembly machine for a new run. You dial in settings to spec, run first-article checks, and watch the process take shape—tweaking, measuring, documenting. A minor fault pops up; you troubleshoot quickly to minimize downtime, then huddle with your supervisor and engineering to fine-tune the process. By day’s end, your line is stable, your production records are complete, and high-quality components are queued for the next operation.
