Precision Assembly Technician

I’m hiring a Precision Assembly Technician at SKYRE in East Hartford, Connecticut.

This is a hands-on, light-manufacturing role where precision, workmanship, and attention to detail are essential. The position involves assembling specialized hardware, including mechanical components, tubing, sensors, and wiring, using company procedures and engineering guidance.

\n

We’re looking for someone who has:

\n

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

\n

• The ability to build accurately from concept drawings and assembly outlines

\n

• Experience using hand tools and basic inspection equipment

\n

• Careful, consistent workmanship

\n

• A willingness to learn and solve practical problems

\n

\n

Trade school, community college, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience would be a strong foundation. A four-year degree is not required.
