What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts and subassemblies strictly following documented specifications and blueprints.
• Perform in-process and final checks to confirm products meet our quality standards.
• Maintain an orderly, safe workstation to support efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with peers and leads to achieve daily and weekly production goals and deadlines.
• Escalate discrepancies, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Join ongoing training to expand your understanding of tools, methods, and processes.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in assembly or manufacturing is helpful.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and blueprints.
