What You’ll Do
- Assemble parts and subassemblies strictly following documented specifications and blueprints.
- Perform in-process and final checks to confirm products meet our quality standards.
- Maintain an orderly, safe workstation to support efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with peers and leads to achieve daily and weekly production goals and deadlines.
- Escalate discrepancies, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Join ongoing training to expand your understanding of tools, methods, and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in assembly or manufacturing is helpful.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong quality mindset.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
