May range from 8-12 or 12-4 and increase after training. Open Positions: 1Responsibilities:
Assemble a small and intricate product by following detailed instructions and quality standards
Operate hand tools and specialized winding/assembly equipment
Test pickups to ensure proper electrical function and tonal performance
Inspect finished products for defects and maintain high-quality standards
Record production data and test results accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Assist with packaging, shipping, and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working with small parts and precise assembly tasks
Openness to receiving feedback and implementing it into your work.
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and processes
Good communication and ability to work independently
Reliable, consistent, and motivated to do high-quality work
Experience in electronics, assembly, or manufacturing is not required.
