We believe time is the scarcest lab resource—so we automate the tedious and engineer for reliability. With 3,300+ colleagues worldwide (many from the lab bench) and a heritage dating to 1935, we turn continuous improvement into real-world impact. Learn how we execute: Danaher Business System.

Imagine This

A CNC cell throws an intermittent alarm—hydraulic spike, spindle variance, or a control hiccup. You arrive on the scene at our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing site, isolate the symptom with a multimeter and infrared scan, dive into wiring diagrams, and quickly determine whether the culprit is mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or software-related. You implement a corrective action, verify against OEM specs, document the work order with root cause, and order the replacement parts to prevent recurrence. Uptime climbs. Quality holds. The line stays on schedule.

  • Diagnose and repair CNC machines and auxiliary manufacturing equipment with precision
  • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance; recommend design or process tweaks to improve safety, quality, and availability
  • Conduct detailed inspections to manufacturer requirements; test and fine-tune systems and components
  • Tackle complex issues spanning electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and control software
  • Collaborate with contractors and maintenance teammates to reduce downtime
  • Track work orders meticulously, complete root-cause narratives, and manage parts procurement
