You translate complex blueprints into efficient programs and toolpaths.

What you’ll tackle
Operate CNC equipment using product data to manufacture die components exactly to spec.
Interpret blueprints for products, dies, and checking fixtures to understand form, mechanical intent, and correct tooling/checking methods.
Document work clearly; store data and tool files within an organized directory tree per Plant Manager guidance.
Proactively request materials and resources early to keep schedules on track.
Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses with a safety-first mindset to minimize time and material waste.
Set up and run CNC machines following a detailed instruction list, applying proper ATL offsets.
Take on additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
What you’ll bring
2+ years of machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming experience.
Ability to make decisions using both data trends and intuition (required).
Strong problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and logistical challenges.
Comfort with computers and solid math skills.

Our custom contract manufacturing operation builds everything from single-run components to OEM parts and subassemblies, and delivers complete manufacturing and engineering services. This role supports those outcomes on 2nd and 3rd shift.
What you’ll gain
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour, depending on experience and skill set. Not inclusive of total compensation.
Shift Premiums:
2nd Shift: $2.00/hour
3rd Shift: $1.50/hour

Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday – Friday with occasional overtime, including weekends as needed.
