What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize CNC programs across diverse machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring safe, efficient production.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specs to manufacture accurate parts.
• Execute quality control checks to verify parts meet standards and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and solve issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document programming changes and maintain precise production run records.
• Train and mentor junior staff on programming techniques and machine operation.

What you bring

• Proven background as a CNC Programmer or similar position.
• Strong command of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator and effective team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
