We build quality into every component we ship. As a Precision CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator, you’ll be a key contributor in our advanced shop, producing parts to exacting standards while partnering with a collaborative crew that values efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Create, edit, and optimize programs for CNC lathes; complete setups and run parts to spec.
Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to define tooling, workholding, and machining paths.
Monitor operations, adjust offsets, and fine-tune parameters to sustain quality output.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Verify part accuracy and surface finish using precision measurement tools.
Collaborate across the team to improve processes, reduce waste, and boost throughput.
Keep your station organized and safe to maximize productivity.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificates or a technical degree are a plus.
Demonstrated experience in CNC turning roles (lathe setup, programming, operation).
Ability to read/interpret prints and specifications with confidence.
Strong command of CNC programming concepts and machine operation.
Comfort with calipers, micrometers, and other precision gaging.
Detail orientation and practical problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team setting.
