What you’ll do
Configure and run CNC lathes to meet print requirements and quality targets.
Monitor machine performance; adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Verify part conformance using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Contribute to process improvements and help resolve production challenges with the team.
Keep the work area safe and orderly while following all safety guidelines.
Record production data accurately and maintain clear job documentation.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education/certification is a plus).
Proven CNC lathe experience and a strong understanding of CNC programming concepts and machining methods.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with confidence.
Keen eye for detail and commitment to top-tier quality.
Comfort operating independently and within a fast-moving team setting.
Familiarity with quality control practices and use of precision gauges.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive maintenance approach.
