What you’ll do
Operate CNC equipment and adjust offsets to meet print and quality requirements.
Execute repetitive machining tasks with consistent technique and accuracy.
Read/interpret blueprints and apply inspection protocols with proper documentation.
Assist with machine setups alongside experienced machinists.
Apply fundamental machining methods and control functions to sustain production flow.
Run multiple machines simultaneously within a cell to maximize throughput.
Use working knowledge of GD&T to achieve dimensional accuracy.
Mentor operators on repeatable tasks to build skill and process consistency.
Support additional tasks as needed to meet team goals.
What you bring
High school diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred.
2+ years of machining experience.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools relevant to the work.
