Our mission is simple: manufacture high-precision components on cutting-edge equipment and deliver exceptional results for customers. If you are driven by craftsmanship and continuous improvement, come build with us on first shift. We are offering up to a 1,000 dollar sign-on bonus.
What success looks like
You own the process from setup through inspection. You translate drawings into sound fixturing and toolpaths, prove out programs, and keep machines cutting chips safely, efficiently, and accurately. You document, communicate, and continuously refine the process. As your experience grows, you coach operators, coordinate workflow, support scheduling and inventory, and take on day-to-day leadership.
Core responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor milling centers and, when needed, turning centers to produce close-tolerance parts per work orders, routers, and blueprints.
Study drawings, samples, and manuals to install tools, fixtures, and computerized instructions.
Perform quality tests and operational checks; verify parts using precision measuring tools.
Complete required documentation, sign-offs, reports, and logs accurately.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; implement improvements to boost quality and throughput.
Take on additional tasks as needed; support training, scheduling, materials, and team coordination based on experience.
