If you enjoy hands‑on control and live edits at the machine, this role is for you. We manufacture injection molding and extrusion screws that drive plastic product manufacturing. Materials include alloy steel, tool steel, and Inconel. Size range: 1" OD x 20" long up to 10" OD x 25' long. A custom VMC with a rotary head mills helical features using X, Y, Z, and A axes.
What you will do
Set up, machine, edit, deburr, and perform final inspection on your own parts.
Interpret prints and follow detailed instructions to achieve tight results.
Make on‑the‑fly adjustments and restart programs mid‑cycle as process conditions change.
Execute primarily one‑off jobs; typical production does not exceed five pieces.
Operate additional equipment as needed: conventional knee mills, horizontal boring mills, and lathes.

Fluency with G‑Code and M‑Code

3–4 axis vertical machining centers with rotary head (Fanuc and Haas controls)
