Compensation: $24.00–$33.00/hr based on experience + $2/hr shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift (effective day one)
Schedule: 3rd shift (10pm–6am) with potential training on 1st shift (6am–2pm)

Set up and operate multiple CNC controls to turn, mill, drill, tap, or resistance spot weld precision parts to tight tolerances.
Read process sheets, blueprints, setup cards/sheets, and status boards; follow verbal/written instructions.
Install/re-cut chuck jaws; load and secure tooling in turrets; use hand tools and manual machines
Upload/download programs and make minor edits; adjust offsets for material, tooling, or machine conditions.
Troubleshoot, verify calibration on preset gauges, and document quality results.
Inspect your own work and, when needed, check work produced by peers.
Operate more than one machine and rotate through departmental work centers as required.
Enter accurate data into the ERP system and partner with supervisors, programmers, and support teams to solve problems.
Support continuous improvement/RBS initiatives.
Load/unload component parts up to 25 lbs.
What you bring
Hands-on experience with at least two: CNC lathe, CNC mill, or resistance spot welder; intermediate setup proficiency.
High school diploma/equivalent and 2+ years of CNC machining experience with knowledge of CNC principles.
Ability to read blueprints/work instructions in English and perform basic math.
Willingness to train less experienced machinists when asked.
Physical capability: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift; comfortable inserting tooling, setting up work centers, inspecting parts, and making machine adjustments.
External candidates must pass a Machinist test measuring mechanical aptitude.
