Key responsibilities

• Perform field service, machine installations, and preventive maintenance for regional customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support, including some operator training and sales assistance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues; uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards.
• Own your service cases and projects; maintain complete customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Hands-on background with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers, with proven repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
