A day in the shop

You’ll join a team where complex parts, tight tolerances, and dependable schedules are the norm. Whether you’re setting up Mazak or Fanuc-controlled machines, programming from scratch in Mastercam, or dialing in a 5-axis Soraluce, your craftsmanship keeps essential industries running.

Roles we’re filling

CNC Machinist

Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM start) and 2nd (4:00 PM start)

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00/hr

• Set up and operate CNC milling and machining equipment
• Work primarily with Mazak and Fanuc-controlled machines
• Read blueprints and perform inspections
• Regular overtime available

CNC Milling Set-Up Programmer

Shift: 1st

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00+/hr

• Program CNC milling machines from scratch using Mastercam
• Perform setups and optimize machining processes
• Horizontal milling experience highly preferred
• 10+ years of CNC programming experience preferred

CNC Set-Up Programmer – 5-Axis Soraluce

Shift: Starts on 2nd, option to move to 1st in the future

Pay: Starting at $45.00+/hr (negotiable based on experience)

• Program and set up large 5-axis machining equipment
• Operate on Soraluce machining centers
• Create programs from scratch and fine-tune processes
• Advanced CNC programming experience required

What we’re looking for

• CNC machining, setup, or programming experience
• Experience with Mazak, Fanuc, Mastercam, or 5-axis preferred
• Blueprint reading and inspection experience
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
