Precision CNC Milling Technician (Haas)

Your day on the shop floor

Picture this: you clock in at our busy Streetsboro, Ohio facility, pull up the day’s travelers, and step to a Haas CNC milling center. You verify the print, load tools, dial in your fixture, and set offsets. The first-piece run tells you what you need to know—micrometer and gauges confirm you’re dead on, or you make a clean, confident tweak. As production kicks off, you keep an eye on quality, make timely tool changes, and document in-process checks so every part heading to our medical device and outdoor power equipment customers meets spec.

Role snapshot

• Operate Haas CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components to customer specifications.
• Perform tool changes, adjust fixture and tooling offsets, and maintain accurate dimensions throughout the run.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections against print and process standards.
• Uphold safety protocols while meeting quality and production targets.

What you bring

• Hands-on CNC milling experience; Haas familiarity preferred.
• Proficiency with offsets, tool changes, and basic machining practices.
• Comfort using measurement tools and performing quality checks.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation, schedule, and location

• Pay: Starting at $23 to $26 per hour.
• Shifts (on-site in Streetsboro, OH):
  • 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–Midnight, Monday–Thursday (10% shift premium)
• Start Date: ASAP
