Precision CNC Production Machinist
Compensation: $25–$29 per hour | Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

What you’ll handle
- Run CNC machines to produce components that meet exact specifications and tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders/job travelers.
- Monitor machine performance, make needed adjustments, and maintain consistent quality.
- Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, well‑organized work area.
- Partner with team members to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation for each job.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a machining technical degree or certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a closely related machining role.
- Fluency in reading/understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and tooling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail with proven problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and applicable safety standards.
