    Precision CNC Production Technician

    Based in: Houston, TX 77041

    What You’ll Handle

    • Configure and operate CNC equipment to produce components exactly to specification.
    • Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and prints to plan each job effectively.
    • Track machine performance in real time—adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency.
    • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
    • Partner with peers and leads to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
    • Uphold safety standards and maintain an orderly, well-labeled work area.
    • Document part counts, in-process checks, and any nonconformances for management review.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
    • Previous success as a CNC machinist or in a similar manufacturing position.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.
    • Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations.
    • Skilled with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving approach.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
    • Effective communication and a can-do attitude.
