Your Impact
Transform drawings/specs into precise machined parts using G‑code and best‑in‑class setups.
Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections to verify conformance.
Optimize cycle times and surface finishes through tooling, offsets, and parameter adjustments.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues; complete routine maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and production on continuous improvement.
Keep the work area orderly and safe; follow established safety procedures.
What It Takes
High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
Demonstrated CNC machining experience with strong milling background.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
Comfort working both independently and within a team at a fast pace.
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
Physical Demands
Standing for long durations; repetitive motions as required.
