What will you handle?

  • CNC Machine Operations — Set up and run production on mills, lathes, and Swiss platforms; verify tooling, offsets, and first‑article quality.
  • Quality Control & Troubleshooting — Read blueprints, apply GD&T, measure precisely, and correct issues via offsets, tooling, or program edits.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Safety — Perform routine maintenance; follow all safety policies; maintain a clean, organized workstation.
  • Reporting & Communication — Document inspections, update travelers/run logs, and communicate status clearly.

What do you bring?

  • Education & Experience — High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred. 2–4 years of CNC operating experience with blueprint literacy and precision metrology.
  • Skills & Competencies — Detail‑oriented problem solver with mechanical aptitude; team player who can mentor junior machinists.

Work & Rewards

  • Environment — Active manufacturing floor with machinery and production noise; standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Schedule — Full‑time, standard shift; overtime may be required.
  • Compensation — $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus shared‑cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after a waiting period.
