What you’ll do
Set up and run vertical CNC equipment to produce parts to spec.
Interpret the production plan, stage job orders, and prepare machines and tooling.
Care for equipment with routine lubrication, cleaning, and inspections.
Adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to achieve required tolerances per CNC programs.
Inspect parts to confirm blueprint and dimensional conformance.
What you bring
3–6 years in a production machine shop.
Ability to read/interpret engineering blueprints accurately.
Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
Strong detail orientation and consistent quality habits.
Clear English communication and comfort following technical instructions.
