Role snapshot

Location focus: Dallas–Fort Worth with limited weekday overnights and no weekends.
Scope: On-site service, machine installs, and preventive maintenance across a diverse customer base.
Customer impact: Resolve issues, support sales efforts, and provide light training to empower users.

Core responsibilities

Deliver field service, installations, and PMs to a high standard.
Troubleshoot effectively; document findings and maintain accurate customer and technical records.
Communicate with operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership.
Act as a professional, ethical ambassador for Ellison Technologies.
Support related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
Background in CNC or heavy equipment maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
