What you’ll do
Own setup and operation of CNC cutter grinding machines to meet precise specifications.
Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders into clear machining plans.
Watch the process closely; make smart adjustments to keep quality consistent.
Keep equipment at its best with routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
Verify part quality using micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
Work side-by-side with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Champion safety practices and maintain an orderly, clean work environment.
What makes you successful here
HS diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification helpful.
Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist on cutter grinding equipment.
Working knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
Ability to read and interpret prints, technical docs, and work instructions.
Hands-on skill with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Meticulous, quality-focused approach to every task.
Strong team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced shop.
