    Do you enjoy putting parts together with exactness? Can you read technical drawings and make them come alive using mechanical and torque tools? Are you comfortable around hydraulic systems and electrical components? If so, you’ll thrive assembling top-tier products with a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

    Why this role?

    • Hands-on work assembling components and systems per engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.
    • Daily use of a wide range of tools, including torque tools, mechanical hand tools, and metric measurement devices.
    • Exposure to hydraulic systems and electrical elements within assemblies.
    • Active role in quality—identify, document, and communicate issues; assist in troubleshooting.
    • Balanced teamwork and autonomy—collaborate to meet targets and work independently once trained.
    • Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, and hoists safely (training provided if needed).
    • Maintain meticulous electronic and manual production/quality records.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 2+ years of mechanical, automotive, diesel, equipment repair, or similar experience, OR a technical/trade school credential in a mechanical/manufacturing field.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings with confidence.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

    Physical realities of the job

    • Lift up to 35 lbs on a frequent basis.
    • Be on your feet through an 8-hour shift with minimal breaks.
    • Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, twist, and work within tight/awkward spaces.
    • Climb and work at various heights (equipment, machines, ladders, step stools).
    • Work in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
    • Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and rotational motions.
    • Exhibit fine motor skills for precise, detailed tasks.
    • Use wrenches, drills, cutters, tie wrap guns, pneumatic and vibratory tools, and manual torque tools; torque up to 250 Newton meters or 185 foot pounds.
    • Wear required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, steel toe/metatarsal footwear; dust masks as needed.
