If that sounds like a satisfying day, you’ll feel right at home on our dynamic team in Vista, CA.

    What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll assemble complex electro‑mechanical subassemblies and systems following engineered specifications. Throughout the day, you’ll keep your bench tidy, your documentation accurate, and safety front‑of‑mind.

    How You’ll Contribute

    • Assemble electro‑mechanical components and systems in strict alignment with engineering specifications and work instructions.
    • Test and troubleshoot completed builds to confirm functionality and quality.

    • Maintain an organized, clean workstation and follow all safety protocols.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and quality assurance to resolve assembly issues.
    • Document assembly steps and keep accurate, complete records.
    • Drive continuous improvement to boost assembly efficiency and product quality.

    Your Toolkit

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a related degree is a plus.
    • Hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or a comparable role.
    • Solid grasp of both electrical and mechanical systems.
    • Confidence with hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability.
    • Comfort working independently and within a team in a fast‑paced setting.
    • Clear communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.

    Why You’ll Thrive Here

We’re collaborative, curious, and quality‑driven. Your ideas for improving the build process will be welcomed—and implemented. Bring your craftsmanship and passion for technology; we’ll supply the opportunity to make an impact.
