A day in the life

At our Salt Lake City, UT, 84104 facility, you arrive to a clean, organized bench and a new batch of parts ready for final build. You read specs, fit components, and bring each product across the finish line—hands-on, precise, and safety-first. You manually cut and install springs, smooth sharp edges through careful deburring, and verify every detail before it moves on. Throughout the shift you collaborate with teammates to hit production goals, keep your area tidy for efficiency, and alert your supervisor quickly if anything looks off. As processes evolve, you join training sessions to sharpen your skills and learn new tools.

What you’ll do

• Assemble and finish products to specification and quality targets.
• Inspect completed work for defects and confirm it meets company standards.
• Manually cut and install springs as part of final assembly.
• Deburr parts to ensure safe, clean edges and proper fit.
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment correctly and safely.
• Work closely with the team to achieve production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain a neat, organized workstation to drive safety and efficiency.
• Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor without delay.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge and capabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing (a plus).
