- Dial in tooling, reduce cycle time, and elevate throughput
- Partner with engineering and shop-floor teams for smooth execution

Estimator (Gear Manufacturing Experience Required)
Compensation: $80,000–$95,000/year
- Analyze drawings/specs and understand customer intent
- Develop realistic cost estimates for gear machining and related operations
- Quantify process steps, materials, and labor time
- Collaborate with engineering and sales to shape quotes and margins
- Ground pricing in practical, proven manufacturing methods
Process Engineer (Gear Manufacturing Experience Required)
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000/year
- Engineer and refine processes for gear production from concept to release
- Streamline workflows, tooling, and machining plans
- Lead CI projects with measurable impact
- Troubleshoot production constraints; boost efficiency and repeatability
- Champion quality, cost control, and stable outcomes
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in gear manufacturing (preferred/required for most seats)
- Solid CNC machining/programming knowledge; deep turning expertise for the programming role
