Regal Rexnord is expanding, and we’re seeking a precision-focused grinder to produce flight-worthy components in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You’ll work the second shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm), with the opportunity to train on first shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm). A $2/hour premium applies to 2nd & 3rd shift from day one, and there’s a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

What you’ll do
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and manual grinding equipment to perform OD, ID, boring, and facing.
Confidently run at least two machine types in the department (CNC, Manual, ID, OD, Centerless, Face).
Follow blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts; record information in the ERP system.
Measure dimensions using gauges and precision instruments; set up and verify preset gauges for proper calibration.
Inspect your own work, help verify work from fellow operators, and complete required documentation to meet quality and quantity goals.
Calculate dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times.
Operate multiple machines as needed; use hand tools and manual machines when appropriate.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
6+ months of experience setting up and running precision grinding machines.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform basic math accurately.
Experience reading and interpreting English blueprints and work instructions.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift; moderate physical effort for tooling, setups, inspections, and adjustments.
