 Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Inspect products and verify conformance to quality specifications
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain production standards
• Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and production requirements
• Move and stage materials as needed

 Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• Ability to read micrometers to .001" (thousandths) and use calipers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with precision measurements and quality standards
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED preferred
