Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + Overtime

What You'll Do
- Deburr, polish, and finish precision-machined medical device components
- Assemble small multi-component medical devices and instruments
- Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
- Perform basic assembly testing and inspections
- Handle small, delicate parts with care and precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or hands-on work experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts and components
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- Mechanical assembly
- Medical device manufacturing
- Precision manufacturing
- Deburring, polishing, or finishing parts
- Clean room experience
- Working under magnification or microscopes
