Precision parts don’t make themselves—robust processes do. As a Precision Machining Programming Engineer at CCT Enterprises, you will architect, program, and refine CNC processes so our team can produce quality components efficiently and consistently.
What You Will Do
Design end-to-end machining processes for new parts—from strategy and tooling to code and setup sheets.
Program CNC lathes, Swiss turning machines, and milling centers; perform hands-on setups and prove-outs.
Diagnose and resolve production issues by finding root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Boost throughput and repeatability by optimizing cycle times, tool life, and workholding approaches.
Author and maintain clear work instructions and process documentation.
Train operators and setup personnel on new and updated processes.
Review drawings, tolerances, materials, and requirements to determine the most effective manufacturing method.
Support quoting by estimating cycle times, tooling needs, and process steps for potential new work.
Identify and implement automation opportunities and continuous improvements.
Partner with Quality and Production to sustain capable, stable production runs.
What We’re Looking For
