Our client is searching for a versatile technician who can thrive on both sides of the shop floor: Haas CNC VMCs and manual mills and lathes. If you enjoy making smart adjustments, reading prints with confidence, and leaving a clean, safe work area, this is your next step.
Core responsibilities
Set up and operate lathes, mills, and grinders to meet exact specifications.
Interpret drawings/blueprints to define sequences, tools, and workholding.
Monitor machining; adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Partner with teammates to elevate processes and throughput.
Maintain a tidy workstation and follow all safety standards.
Must-haves
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certification is a plus).
Demonstrated experience as a machinist or similar role.
Hands-on time with Haas CNC equipment and manual machining tools.
Working knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining practices.
Comfortable reading technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
Team-oriented communication skills.
