Job Responsibilities
Operation of various machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
Support experienced machinists in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance machining skills and knowledge.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machining equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of machining processes and tools is preferred but not required.
