Operate mills, lathes, and grinders to produce parts that meet exacting requirements.
Translate prints and specifications into accurate setups and checks—with coaching.
Partner with senior machinists to diagnose issues and improve processes.
Keep your work area clean and compliant with all safety expectations.
Engage in workshops and training to continually sharpen your skills.
Perform regular equipment inspections and light maintenance.
Collaborate across the team to meet throughput goals and deadlines.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Mechanical inclination and eagerness to learn.
Basic exposure to machining concepts is a plus—not a must.
