Role snapshot
- Assemble components and products to exact specifications and quality requirements.
- Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Verify workmanship and conduct final checks; report nonconformances.
- Maintain a neat, organized station to support safety and throughput.
- Partner with peers to achieve daily production targets and timelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and PPE guidelines.
- Participate in training and cross-training opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior assembly/manufacturing experience is beneficial.
- Comfortable interpreting assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and steady hand‑eye coordination.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication.
- Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
