Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour

What you'll do every day
Set up, run, and fine-tune production machinery to meet exact specifications
Complete efficient job changeovers and machine setups
Track machine performance and make adjustments for peak output
Inspect and test parts to uphold strict quality requirements
Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Record production data accurately and escalate concerns to leadership
Follow safety practices and keep a neat, organized work area
Work closely with teammates to meet daily targets and deadlines
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving ability
Comfort working both independently and within a team
Clear communication skills and sharp attention to detail
Knowledge of production processes and basic troubleshooting
Physical stamina for repetitive, hands-on tasks
