Precision Manufacturing Machine Technician

• Operate a variety of production machines to maintain consistent throughput.
• Set up equipment, perform quick changeovers, and monitor performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and complete routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow established safety practices and sustain a clean, organized cell.
• Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet drawings and specification requirements.
• Team up with peers and leads to hit production schedules and quality goals.
• Capture production counts, quality notes, and escalate issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certifications are beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience as a machine operator (CNC environment preferred).
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Comfort reading manuals, specs, and technical documentation.
• Detail-driven, analytical problem solver.
• Dependable team contributor who can also work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
