We are looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy working with precision equipment, troubleshooting complex setups, and producing high-quality components. Whether your background is in CNC machining, Wire EDM, manufacturing, maintenance, tool & die, or other hands-on technical fields, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values skill, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

This position supports Wire EDM and Disc Cell operations in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
  • Perform machine setups and operate Wire EDM or Disc Cell equipment
  • Maintain extremely tight tolerances on precision components
  • Troubleshoot machining, setup, and quality-related issues
  • Program and edit G-Code / M-Code when needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Support process improvements and production efficiency initiatives
  • Mentor and assist less experienced operators and machinists
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of machining, CNC, Wire EDM, tool & die, or related mechanical manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience reading blueprints and understanding GD&T
  • Familiarity with G-Code / M-Code programming and machine adjustments
  • Ability to work independently in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
